Certificates and Firm Permits
Any CPA certificate holder or CPA Firm that provides public accounting services from a Wyoming location must obtain and maintain an active Wyoming certificate and CPA Firm permit (if applicable). Chapter 3 of Board Rules and Regulations outlines the requirements for the individual certificates. Chapter 4 governs CPA firm permit requirements.
