Disciplinary Actions
An important duty of the Board is that of enforcement of laws that pertain to certified public accountants and CPA firms. In its effort to keep the public informed, the Board publishes a roster of disciplinary actions it has taken.
Please note that actions that the Board takes are recorded for a particular point in time. Please access current information about all licensees by accessing the Board’s Database Search feature to determine the current standing of all licensees and firms whether on this list or not.
