Wyoming Statutes and Board Rules and Regulations
W.S. 33-3-101 through 33-3-201 is the enabling legislation that provides the Board with the authority to regulate certified public accountants and CPA firms in the state of Wyoming. The statutes also provide authority for the Board to promulgate Rules and Regulations to carry out its mission of public protection.
All Rules and Regulations are promulgated in compliance with the Wyoming Administrative Procedures Act.
